ATTENTION VENDORS:

All table reservations received after November 15 will be subject to an additional $2 per table fee.  Any table not claimed by 9am will be resold.  Refunds on unclaimed tables are not available.

We will be issuing and checking for vendor passes during loading and unloading times this year. Please pick up your passes and tickets when you arrive. Electricity is no additional charge, but have plenty of cord available. Breakfast and lunch will be available at the Hamfest site. We are repeating our extended setup hours of 3:30 to 7:30 pm on Friday and 6 to 8 am on Saturday. We will be serving complimentary pizza and soft drinks to vendors about midway through Friday evening setup. I have been asked to include a list of hotels.  I made this list from Yahoo!  They are arranged by proximity to the fairgrounds.  I will also post this list to the web site so you can click on each hotel for a map. For driving directions, the 4-H Center is located at 202 E. Boonville-New Harmony Road, Evansville, IN. Overnight camping is available at the fairgrounds. There is a minimal charge for electric hookups.
